Users who do not comply with this agreement, can have the accounts blocked, deleted or suffer other type of game penalty the game administration considers appropriate.

• 每个玩家在每个服务器只能有一个帐号进行游戏。



• 禁止多人使用同一个账号（帐号共享）。



• The use of shared IP are limited to upgraded accounts and additional shared IP rules applies to interactions between accounts using the same IP. A shared IP consists of the same IP address being used by more than one user on the same game server. Astro Empires reserves the right to refuse permission for the use of shared IPs.



• 禁止使用开放式代理或其他软件以规避我们的IP监测系统。



• 禁止以任何形式发布非法、色情、挑逗、全裸或半裸、排外、宗教、攻击、广告或其它不正当内容。



• 禁止假冒其他玩家或公会（在不同的服务器拥有相同的玩家昵称或公会简称不被视为违例）。



• 禁止冒充AE工作人员或者使用Astro Empires本身及其工作人员的名字为昵称或其它名字。



• 在个人信息或者公会档案中公开基地的坐标或提到其它游戏是不被允许的。



• 禁止故意让别人占领自己的基地，或使用任何其它方式转移信用点以加速一个玩家的经济发展。同样，经过别的玩家许可而占领他的基地（拆除防御设施、指挥中心、移走舰队、提供基地坐标等），或为了攻击公会成员以获利而暂时离开公会也是被禁止的。



• 禁止以游戏内信用点兑换真实货币或升级帐号（通过残骸或其它方式）。



• 禁止向其他玩家提供/要求真实货币（包括升级帐号）以换取游戏内的服务。



• 禁止使用除浏览器以外的任何其它程序载入AE，这是为了防止使用工具模拟或改变网页界面。同样适用于载入、读取的脚本（执行动作以收集信息）。禁止使用自动刷新功能、使用工具以打开并同时刷新多个页面和为了此目的而整合了相关机制的浏览器。



• Game accounts are personal and nontransferable. If the control of an account is transferred to another person, no disciplinary action will be taken, but Astro Empires may not recognize it as a different owner. Announcing the interest in the sale or purchase of a game account using any means of communication provided by Astro Empires is strictly forbidden.



• 不尊重游戏工作人员可能会导致帐号被冻结或封禁。玩家必须尊重游戏管理员的判断，任何投诉都必须以尊重的态度通过电子邮件方式提交。



• Inappropriate behavior in the Astro Empires forum may result in the user game account suspension or ban.



• 玩家不能干扰其他游戏玩家遵守规则进行游戏，或增加我们维持和维护服务器的困难。



• 禁止利用游戏bug或系统漏洞不正当获利。禁止与其他玩家分享这些漏洞。玩家必须及时将游戏bug或系统漏洞通报给工作人员。

• To help maintain the stability of the site, free accounts can be deleted if members don’t login in a period of 15 days.

• Astro Empires reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this site at any time.

• Users agree to receive emails regarding the site and about their game account.

• Astro Empires only ensures game support in English. The offering of such support in any other language at any given time is an act of courtesy and can be terminated at any time by Astro Empires.

• Portuguese and subsidiary EU laws are exclusively applicable for all matters pertaining to Astro Empires, without giving effect to conflict of laws in your country or state of residence. Any claims, legal proceeding or litigations arising in connection with Astro Empires will be brought solely in Faro, Portugal, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

• The Terms of Use were originally written in English, therefore the terms written in any other language results from mere translations. In case of divergence between the two, the Terms of Use written in English prevail.
